Highway 2 Privacy Guarantee
Highway 2 asks customers to supply various personal data when making enquiries and booking, such as name and address, medical information, and email address. Highway 2 uses this data only for the purpose of customer management, or communicating with the customers or providing third party organisations with information about Highway 2 and its customers, for purposes such as affiliation and courses. Highway 2 will release personally identifiable information to third parties and organisations when we believe it is appropriate for us to do so in order to comply with the law or to protect against fraud. Highway 2 will also release such information to co-operate with law enforcement or other governmental investigations, and comply with all valid court orders. Highway 2 must collect the customers name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and appropriate medical details. This allows Highway 2 to process customer requests and offer trips and activities with properly informed guides.
How does Highway 2 protect customer information?
Highway 2 restricts access to customers information. Various company officers and guides will need to see various information on differing occasions. No-one outside this small group will have access to customers information.
